Finally I decided to replace my MacBook Pro with MacBook Air. Although it was an expensive trade-off sacrificing performance for portability. It was sacrificed well. With Air, I was motivated to travel often now than previously carrying my Pro. Air was so light that I did not really feel like travelling with a computer.

Still deciding to buy Macbook Air laptop or to keep my MacbookPro (MBP). The Air and MBP are about the same price point but Air sacifices performance for ultraportability. Lot of I/O ports are omitted especially firewire which is hallmark of Apple tradition.
I read a lot of reviews and benchmark reports and Macbook Air is a better than above average machine in the ultraportable market.
I am still making my decision of owning this sexy machine.

Medal of Friendship is given to my new friend found during the year. Among all my new friends, the one that I am bond to or have affection with. This is really a tough one to decide with so many friends I make this year.
Safari Award is given to the website that I like most during the year and access it frequently. The Safari name come from the Mac OS X web browser that I like to use and is my number one web browser after Camino.
Techno Award is given to the recent technology I am fascinated with and impacted my life.
Oscar Award is given to the movie I like to watch during the year.
Psalm Award is given to the song I like to hum or sing during the year.

I went to Shanghai a couple of times but this was the first time I was travelling from Shanghai South Station. The train station was beautiful and look more like an airport than a railway station.
I was a tiring week and I was travelling in the Yangtze River Delta (长三角) region. Somehow ended up in Shanghai South Station to travel to my next destination.
Interestingly this station stir up my emotion and made me ponder deep into some of my pending life issues that were on my mind.
After hearing so much about Mission Hills Golf Club in Dongguan, this day I finally made a trip to the golf course and see for myself.
I enjoyed the greenery fresh air of Mission Hills and the company of new golfer friends. I also took them to Hillview for golfing too.
To avoid disappointment for veteran golfers, Olazabel and Norman courses were recommended.
I managed to recover my member since 2004 .Mac account, I lost three years ago. Glad to find back my email account for .Mac. The sad thing was, I could not merged two of my .Mac accounts. So I made the decision to keep only one of them.
My opportunity came and complimentary from my friend, MK, I got myself a free one night stay in the junior suite at the hotel, The Venetian in Macau, China SAR.
It was a great night hanging out at The Venetian, enjoying myself playing baccarat and later eating and drinking at Starbucks from my winnings.
The shopping mall was fantastic. It had a mock up Venice inside and you could take a boat ride too.
